No. Under ISO governance rules, the same organization cannot implement and certify a management system due to conflicts of interest. Intellect Communications provides consulting, gap analysis, implementation frameworks, and internal auditing. We then prepare and guide you through the stage 1 and 2 audits conducted by independent, accredited registrar bodies.
The certification timeline varies by organizational size and complexity. For small to medium enterprises, the process generally spans 3 to 6 months. For large scale enterprises, implementation and readiness auditing may take 6 to 12 months.
